Coach Shaun Bassett will be overseeing speed and technique training for SMDLAC 2019/20 members.
Please ensure you reply and accept so your attendance is captured no later than 12 noon on the Thursday.
If there are no members who have accepted then the coach may cxl the session and not turn up as they have to plan, travel and provide their time.
Reminder please bring water, hat sunscreen, runners/waffles/spikes and exercise mat (optional)
