SMDLAC is a proud member of South Melbourne Districts Sports Club. We have one of the best tracks in the state & first-class facilities at Lakeside Stadium. We also utilise the facilities at Newport Park Athletics track when Lakeside is not available.
Competitions are on Sundays 8:20am - 11:30am (starting & finishing earlier for our younger age groups) with the season running from late September through to March.
Our Little Athletes have had much success with many state and regional champions in both Track & Field and Cross Country events and we encourage all of our athletes to try their best.
Come and join us for fun and fitness. We welcome new members of all abilities who can come and try for free.
