SMDLAC has been invited to join Williamstown LAC for a Relay meet at their club on SATURDAY November 7th, 2015.
This is a chance for the older age groups to test their relay skills and for the younger age groups to learn the basics and have some fun.
There will be some light hearted games with the U6-U8 from 8.30-9.45 am. Then we get a little more serious with U9-U14, 10-12.30pm.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early, especially the U6-U8’s, to allow the athletes to get familiar with the track. All athletes please wear your SMDLAC kit and bib with bar code.
This event is meant to be a valid trial for the Regional Relays and we encourage athletes to take it as seriously.
Your normal coaching team lead by Srini and Glenn will be there.
SMDLAC parents will be expected to chip in and help wherever needed as per usual. Don’t worry, there isn’t anything too arduous!
IMPORTANT parent tip – There is an exceptional cafe at the Williamstown track for those who need a coffee pick up on a Saturday morning!
