Reminder to members the following updated start times and competition schedule (attached):
• 8:20-10:00am U6-U7
• 8:20-10:30am U8-U10
• 8:45-11:30am U11+
Due to Lakeside pitch works rendering the grass area unavailable:
• U6-U7 Ontrack will be held on the warm up track
• U11B Javelin cancelled
• HJ scissors will move to Javelin /Pole vault area

VOLUNTEER REMINDER
