Join our coaching team at Lakeside for throws & jumps skills training. Athletes are welcome to attend part or full session.
This is open to all athletes at ANY level, whether you’re just starting out or wish to fine tune your skill set. The training session is included as part of your Little Aths membership.
Please bring hat, drink bottle and runners. RSVP to ensure you reserve your place.
Hurdles from 4.45pm – 5:30pm with Ray
Throws (Discus, Shot) from 5:30 – 6:00pm with Ray
Beginner / Intermediate Long Jump from 5:00pm – 6:00pm with Aidan
Don’t forget sprints/ speed training every Monday night with Shaun Bassett. (However no sprints with this Tues group for this week)
During this training time, the Covid policies fall under Lakeside Stadium. The stadium requires anyone who enters the stadium that is over 16+ to be fully vaccinated.
