Join Coaches Evette, Rob and Ray at Lakeside for hurdles, jumps & sprints training. Athletes are welcome to attend part or full session.
This is open to all athletes at ANY level, whether you’re just starting out or wish to fine tune your skill set. The training session is included as part of your Little Aths membership.

Please bring hat, drink bottle and runners. RSVP to ensure you reserve your place.

Beginner Hurdles from 4:30 – 5:00pm with Evette. This is for U11 and below.

Intermediate/ Advanced Hurdles from 5:00pm – 5:30pm with Evette (arrive 4:45pm for warmup). This is for U11 and above.

Beginner Long Jump from 5:00pm – 5:45pm with Ray. This is for U10 & below.

Intermediate/ Advanced Long/Triple Jump from 5:30pm – 6:00pm with Evette (arrive 5:15pm for warmup) . This is for U11 & above.

Sprints from 5:30pm – 6:30pm with Rob for all levels.

During this training time, the Covid policies fall under Lakeside Stadium. The stadium requires anyone who enters the stadium that is over 16+ to be fully vaccinated.
