Join Coaches Evette, Olivia and Rob at Lakeside for throws, hurdles, jumps & sprints training. Athletes are welcome to attend part or full session.
This is open to all athletes at ANY level, whether you’re just starting out or wish to fine tune your skill set. The training session is included as part of your Little Aths membership.

Please bring hat, drink bottle and runners. RSVP to ensure you reserve your place.

Hurdles from 4:00pm – 5:00pm with Evette
Long Jump including run up training from 5:00pm – 6:00pm with Evette
Throws from 4.30pm – 5.30pm with Liv
Sprints from 5:30pm – 6:30pm with Rob

During this training time, the Covid policies fall under Lakeside Stadium. The stadium requires anyone who enters the stadium that is over 16+ to be fully vaccinated.
