Join Coach Ray for an hour of Long & High Jump training for Members U9-U16. 30 minutes of Long Jump followed by 30 minutes of High Jump (not scissor).
Please ensure you reply and accept so your attendance is captured no later than 12 noon on the Tuesday. If there are no members who have accepted then the coach may cancel the session and not turn up as they have to plan, travel and provide their time.
