Join Coaches Olivia and Rob at Lakeside for throws & sprints training. Athletes are welcome to attend either or both sessions.
This is open to all athletes at ANY level, whether you’re just starting out or wish to fine tune your skill set. The training session is included as part of your Little Aths membership.
Please bring hat, drink bottle and runners. RSVP to ensure you reserve your place.
Throws will run from 4pm – 5pm
Sprints will run from 5pm – 6pm
During this training time, the Covid policies fall under Lakeside Stadium. The stadium requires anyone who enters the stadium that is over 16+ to be fully vaccinated.
