Join Coach Rob Greig at Lakeside for an hour of jumps & sprints training.
This week we will focus on acceleration on the track/ runway and block starts.
This is open to all athletes at ANY level, whether your just starting out or wish to fine tune your skill set. The training session is included as part of your Little Aths membership.
Please bring hat, drink bottle and runners. RSVP to ensure you reserve your place.
During this training time, the Covid policies fall under Lakeside Stadium. The stadium requires anyone who enters the stadium that is over 16+ to be fully vaccinated.
