Body weight drills to improve strength and power.
Please ensure you reply and accept so your attendance is captured no later than 12 noon on the Monday.
If there are no members have accepted then the coach may cxl the session and not turn up as they have to plan, travel and provide their time.
Reminder – bring water bottle, exercise mat (optional), jacket to keep warm and appropriate clothing to practise in. Runners only required at these sessions.
