https://asf.org.au/projects/siena-farrell/siena-farrell-u20-world-championshipsSupport for Siena’s journey to Lima, whether through donations or by spreading the word, is greatly appreciated. Your help will contribute to her continued success on the international stage.
Siena Farrell began her athletics journey at the South Melbourne District Little Athletics Centre, starting as an energetic Under 7 competitor. Throughout her time there, she competed until the Under 16 category, setting 33 Centre Records. Siena’s achievements include winning the Srini Mandava Outstanding Athlete Perpetual Trophy four times, being named the Bernie Curtin Victoria State Combined Event Champion, and securing numerous Individual State and National titles. She represented Victoria at the Australian Little Athletics Championships in Tasmania in 2019 and competed in the Oceania Games in Mackay in 2022.
In addition to her athletics success, Siena is a dedicated footballer. She has played for Port/South Melbourne and the Sandringham Dragons and was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) representing Victoria in 2021.
This year, Siena’s focus has shifted back to athletics, as she has been selected to represent Australia in the Under 20 World Championships in Lima, Peru, in August 2024. She will compete in her specialty, the 400m Hurdles, where she has clinched the Australian Junior Titles in the Under 17 to Under 20 categories for the past three years.
Thank you for your support in helping Siena achieve her dream.
