Congratulations to the U9 & above athletes that have been selected in the Relay Squad to represent SMDLAC at the upcoming Region Relay Championships. The Squad PDF is available to view in ‘Schedule’ on Team App.

Final Teams will be selected in due course. It is most important that all members of the Relay Squad attend all SMDLAC events and relay training beginning at the Twilight Event tomorrow night (Wednesday 2nd Nov at 5.30pm).

Please also note that this Saturday is a SMDLAC Relay & Challenge Day at Williamstown which provides the Relay Squad with a chance to have a practice competition. All squad members are required to attend.
The Saturday starting time is 9 am for On-Trackers and 10 am for U9’s and above.

FOR ATHLETES NOT IN THE RELAY SQUAD:We will be running normal competition events on Wednesday and Saturday, with running, long jump, shot put, high jump and discus available as well as some races for the On – Trackers.
