Our club was well represented by 17 athletes yesterday, braving the icy (and at times wet) weather at Lake Dewar. The training and preparation through the club, Bayside XC and school competition was well rewarded with many podium places including 5 individual and 1 team regional champions! Everyone dug deep and gave it their all which was fantastic to see. In reverse age order just for a change…..

Competing yesterday gives the kids automatic qualification into the State event back at the same venue on August 3rd.

Last but not least, a big thanks to those families taking their turn marshaling, it really helps when we share the load!
